i stayed here because of its proximity to the arena. it was super to walk there. we had a high floor corner room. it had so much natural light i loved the decor and the shower was fantastic. the bed was super comfortable. the hotel lobby has free tea coffee and water fountains. anderson bakery is next door i highly recommend.
the parking facility is terrible. the parking spaces are too small. i spent 30min each time trying not to scratch the car.

the hotel location is good, near the metro station with a direct line to the city center. i noticed a supermarket very close, where guests can buy fresh bread and cheese for breakfast. it is quite practical.

the location was great for getting around. the metro station is very close.
I requested room cleaning , but the service was not good. the bed linen was not changed and had visible stains (which was pretty off-putting). also, the towels i left on the floor looked to have only been folded and put back. There was still hair on them.

The hotel's location near the metro was a godsend. The proximity made zipping into the city center so easy. The free tea, coffee, and water were very welcome amenities I appreciated. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially during dinner.

the location was super convenient near bella center station and fields shopping center. staff members were friendly and helpful . the room had nice linens and was basic. it was easy to walk to the bella center for my conference so i highly recommend this hotel

the room was very clean, i must admit.
I was frustrated with the lack of temperature control in the room. It was impossible to adjust. the room stayed between 23 and 25 degrees no matter what i did with the ventilation system. even setting the system to 16 degrees made no difference. this made sleeping very difficult.

the location is excellent because it is near the metro station (only a short walk). the room was super clean when i arrived. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful . free coffee and tap water were available at all times.
i found the room's temperature difficult to adjust. it consistently remained between 23 and 25 degrees celsius, even with the ventilation system set to 16 degrees.
